LED Spectacular - Yonge Sheppard Centre

Yonge Sheppard Centre is a shopping centre located in downtown Toronto, at the corner of Yonge and Sheppard, just minutes from Highway 401. YSC is also connected to the TTC-Sheppard subway station.

From 2014-2018, RIOCAN renovated YSC at a cost of $300M+, and today YSC is home to 60+ retailers, 30 offices, 1,008 residential units and RIOCAN recently added a 39-storey of 375-unit tower (PIVOT project).
