I'm playing a key role in a remarkable expansion of the digital signage advertising network, elevating the network from 360 screens in 70 locations to over 3800 screens in 400+ locations across Canada. I developed an expertise in the complete digital signage ecosystem, including design, assembly, hardware integration, software implementation, and efficient management of suppliers and partners.
